File Dispute

If you believe that information contained in your One Score LLC Consumer Report is inaccurate, you can file a dispute with us by mailing your dispute to us at:

For security purposes, we must confirm your identity. Please submit the following information with your request.

Please provide the reason(s) why you are disputing the information (for example: you did not authorize a company to access your One Score Consumer Report).

When we receive your dispute, we will investigate the disputed information free of charge. If the results of our investigation show that the information is inaccurate or if it cannot be verified, we will modify or delete the information from your One Score consumer file. If our investigation confirms the information is accurate, the information will remain in your One Score consumer file. You will receive a notice with the results of the investigation along with your updated One Score Consumer Report usually within thirty (30) days. After you file a dispute, if you provide additional information that is relevant to your dispute, the time required for completion of our reinvestigation may be extended up to fifteen (15) days.

Although not required, we recommend that you obtain your One Score Consumer Report prior to filing a dispute so that you can review all of the information contained in your report for accuracy and completeness.
