Blocking
If you are a victim of identity theft, you can block the reporting of information contained in your One Score Consumer Report that resulted from the identity theft (the “Fraudulent Information”).
To block the Fraudulent Information from being reported on your One Score Consumer Report, please submit the following information to us by mail to:

1. A copy of your identity theft report that you filed with a law enforcement agency. Law enforcement agencies include, but are not limited to:
- Police Departments
- The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI)
- States’ Attorneys General
- U.S. Secret Service
- U.S. Postal Inspection Service
- Federal Trade Commission (FTC)
2. Identify the specific items of information in your One Score Consumer Report that are being reported due to the identity theft. If you would like to request a copy of your One Score Consumer Report, please click Consumer Report for instructions.
3. A statement that the Fraudulent Information does not relate to any transaction in which you are/were involved.
For security purposes, we must confirm your identity. With your written submission, please also include the following information to verify your identity.
We will process your request, free of charge, within five (5) business days after we receive a complete request with all required information. We will notify you if, upon review, we decline to block the information.
